Janice Swatloski is the President at ChaseSource, LP. She oversees the strategic development, financial performance, and business operations for contract, direct hire, recruitment process outsourcing, and consulting services nationwide. Her business acumen and passion has been integral in the growth efforts in new markets and alternative delivery solutions of ChaseSource, LP.
Janice joined ChaseSource, LP through the internship program in 2009. Early on, she showed an unyielding commitment to the company and an enthusiasm for taking on new roles. She aided the expansion of ChaseSource, LP into new markets and industries across the country through her expertise and ability to develop recruitment tactics that met the demands of the clients and idiosyncrasies of the markets. She was promoted to Director of Recruitment in 2014, Vice President in 2016, and President in 2022. Janice Swatloski holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Houston, Bauer College of Business.
