Project Coordinator – Sales Support
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a direct-hire, permanent position offering a stable and rewarding opportunity, created as a result of the company’s ongoing expansion. As a Project Coordinator, you will support management by handling administrative and technical tasks, ensuring follow-up on customer inquiries, and contributing to the efficient execution of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret drawings to extract important information and perform take-offs.
- Follow up with customers regarding estimates, ensuring all questions are addressed and passed to the Project Manager.
- Assist in maintaining project schedules and managing change orders.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are progressing smoothly and any issues are promptly addressed.
- Support the sales process by managing customer follow-ups and ensuring all necessary information is communicated.
- Contribute to company and team goals, assisting in the overall success of the company and projects.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a pre-engineered building company, with a strong understanding of reading and interpreting drawings.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
